Chris Hardin

Director of Operations

In March of 2019, I joined the Own at the Beach team after moving to the Emerald Coast with my husband Ron, bringing the skill and patience developed working with administrators, private contractors, and raising two kids.

I began my professional career as an executive administrative assistant to David Reznick, Senior Partner of Reznick, Fedder & Silverman, PC (now CohenReznick) and throughout the years have provided administrative support as a contractor to various companies in Maryland, Tennessee, and Georgia.

I look forward to continuing my work with the Own At The Beach team members, as well as our valued sellers and buyers, to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all.

I have been working with the team since October 2020, and have enjoyed the opportunity to work directly with our agents in the role of assistant & showing coordinator, as well as with their buyers and sellers.​​​​​​​

Recently joined the best team in North-West Coast of Florida. I take care of the team's automation and systems for smoother work-flow. Also nurtures leads on daily-basis to keep good and healthy relationship between our clients and the team.​​​​​​​
